FIRST Tech Challenge Perimeter Panel

FIRST Tech Challenge Perimeter Panel

This assembly is the center side panel of the official FIRST Tech Challenge Perimeter.
  • Description
  • Specifications
  • This is the center side panel, middle panel, or also known as just a perimeter panel. These make up the FIRST Tech Challenge Perimeter (am-0481a). These panels can be used to replace a broken center panel in your perimeter. The plastic panel comes with a protective sheet on both sides, which simply peel off. This does not include the Panel Links (am-2580a) or Quick Release Pins (am-2579) for the connection.
This does not include the Rail Links (am-2580a) or Quick Release Pins (am-2579) for the connection. Two links and four pins are needed for each intersection.

    What's New?
Like the full perimeter (am-0481b), this panel is put together using rivets to hold the polycarbonate sheet in place, rather than a mechanical press fit as was previously done. This panel is still able to be used as a substitute for the previous version.

This riveted construction will give a more consistent fit to the panels, and allow for teams to replace pieces of the panel if they become damaged.
    • Depth: 1 in.
    • Height: 12 in.
    • Weight: 5.5 lbs.
    • Width: 46.67 in.
